PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) uses nutrients from your blood to stimulate the growth and regeneration of hair follicles. PRP stimulates growth and regeneration of hair follicles using natural sources from your blood. A small amount of blood is drawn, the growth factors are extracted, then injected into areas of hair loss on the scalp. Treatment takes just 30 minutes and can be repeated monthly to optimize healing and maximize hair thickness and density.
PDO threads are 1-2” long fine strands of absorbable surgical suture material that are inserted into the scalp in areas of hair thinning. We use fine “acupuncture” sized needles to painlessly insert numerous strands which then create a subtle inflammatory response and stimulate the hair follicle to grow. The strands gradually dissolve over 6 months at which time the procedure may be repeated.
