1) Check-in, complete consent, pre-op photographs, check vital signs, agree on markings for hairline and transplant sites and take any pre-medications (30 mins)
2) Numb the donor area (5 – 10 mins)
3) Harvest the grafts (FUT: 30 mins, FUE: 120 mins)
4) Separate and Prepare the grafts (2 – 2.5 hrs)
5) Numb the recipient area (5 – 10 mins)
6) Implant the grafts (this is started while other grafts are being separated (2 – 2.5 hrs)
7) Check vital signs, post op photographs, review post op instructions, schedule follow up appointment (15 mins).
