What the Guarantee Covers
- Applies only to surgical hair transplant procedures (FUE, FUT, MFU or combined) done at Imami Hair Restoration by our team under the supervision of Dr. Emran Imami.
- It covers non-growing transplanted grafts (as determined by clinical review performed by Dr. Emran Imami) — not cosmetic refinements, density adjustments, or aesthetics beyond growth.
- This guarantee applies only to scalp donor hair being transplanted to the scalp, NOT donor hair from the rest of the body, or if scalp hair is being transplanted to anywhere other than the scalp.
- Replacement is offered without charging the surgical fee for those grafts, provided all other conditions are met.
- This guarantee policy only covers the initial transplant and not hair transplants that follow. It covers only one possible hair transplant if deemed appropriate by Dr. Imami.

Eligibility & Time Frame

Minimum wait time | You may request an assessment at 12 months after your transplant (when growth is expected to have stabilized). |

Documentation required | You must allow in-person clinical photos taken by Imami Hair Restoration, attend all requested follow-up appointments, follow-up records, and evidence of compliance with pre-op and post-op care. |
No intervening “outside” surgeries | You must not have had other (non-Imami Hair Restoration) hair transplant surgeries or scalp interventions in the treated area after your Imami Hair Restoration procedure. |
Patient Responsibilities & Conditions
To remain eligible, you must:
- Follow pre- & post-operative care exactly as instructed (medications, scalp care, activity restrictions, hygiene, PRP treatments).
- Attend all recommended follow-up visits at Imami Hair Restoration.
- Provide full medical and surgical disclosure.
- Void if any additional transplants or scalp surgeries in treated zones that interfere with graft survival.
- Void if any unapproved treatments (topical, systemic, cancer treatments, or other interventions) that Dr. Emran Imami deems it may harm transplanted hair — unless expressly approved in writing by Dr. Emran Imami (Chemotherapy is one of many examples).
- Maintain all hormonal levels within normal limits before, during, and after the hair transplantation.
- Not have or develop any autoimmune diseases, or any skin conditions that result in alopecia (traction alopecia, and alopecia areata are two of many examples).
If you breach any of these obligations, Imami Hair Restoration reserves the right to decline Guarantee coverage.
Assessment & Replacement Process
- Imami Hair Restoration’s medical team (led by Dr. Imami) will conduct a clinical review of your recipient area (in-office or via high-resolution photography).
- We will identify grafts that haven’t grown and approve a replacement graft count (based on donor availability).
- You will be scheduled for a replacement procedure (subject to clinic capacity), without charging the surgical fee for the approved grafts.
- You may be responsible for travel, lodging, anesthesia, and/or facility costs (unless otherwise waived).
- Any augmentation beyond the approved replacement grafts will incur standard charges.
Limitations & Exclusions
The Guarantee does not cover:
- Cosmetic adjustments (shape, angle, density) if grafts have grown
- Loss of native (non-transplanted) hair due to ongoing hair loss
- Damage or hair loss from trauma, infection, external injury, or non-compliance
- Situations where scalp donor supply is insufficient for replacement
- Claims lodged after 18 months
- Grafts that grew but later decline after the Guarantee period
How to Request a Guarantee Evaluation
- Complete and submit our Guarantee Evaluation Request Form before your 18-month deadline.
- Imami Hair Restoration will respond with next steps and documentation requirements.
- If approved, Imami Hair Restoration will schedule your replacement and communicate any logistics.
Our Promise + Legal Notice

- However, hair growth is biologically variable — results differ among individuals.
- Imami Hair Restoration’s medical judgment regarding eligibility, graft count, and scheduling is final and binding under this policy.
- This Guarantee is limited to the terms above and does not convert Imami Hair Restoration into a guarantor of perfection or 100% growth in every case.
